Online Banking
With Online Banking, you can get FREE up-to-the-minute information about all of your eligible accounts. Access is secure and convenient and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some features of Online Banking are:
- Access and print information on all eligible accounts.
- Review and print transactions and statements.
- Confirm deposits, withdrawals and checks cleared.
- Transfer funds between accounts.
In general, Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the system may be down periodically for maintenance or for other reasons outside our control.
Online Bill Pay
Pay your bills online! With Bill Pay-e Plus, your payments are transferred from your Adrian Bank checking account to your payee’s account either through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network or via US Mail. With Bill Pay-e Plus:
- You control who the payment goes to, when the bill is paid, and what information prints on the check.
- You pay one-time bills or schedule recurring payments to pay automatically each month.
- You can pay any person or company in the United States. The next door neighbor, the utility company, the bank or even a child in college.
Safe Deposit Box
A Safe Deposit Box is a secure place to store valuable items and important papers all in one location. It is only accessible to you or your representative and all of this security is provided for just pennies a day. Safe deposit boxes are available at the main banking office in Adrian and also at the Archie and Butler branches. For additional information about this service, please contact customer service during normal business hours.
Direct Deposit
Sign up for direct deposit for your Social Security or payroll checks and you will no longer need to worry about a lost or stolen check. With Direct Deposit, you know your money is in the bank! No need to rush to the bank to make your deposit.
Mastercard Debit/ATM Card
Adrian Bank offers the MasterCard Debit/ATM Card which functions as both a debit card and ATM card. It’s a checkbook and ATM card all rolled into one.

Adrian Bank MasterCard Debit/ATM Card works instantly at ATM machines throughout the world and can be used for free at Adrian Bank ATM machines. As a debit card, it can be used for purchases everywhere MasterCard/Visa is accepted. The MasterCard Debit/ATM card is available only to checking account customers and is the property of Adrian Bank. Application is subject to approval. ATM withdrawals are free at any Adrian Bank ATM location. Charges apply for withdrawals at other ATMs.
Debit card PIN Numbers
Effective June 1st: New or replacement debit cards will allow you to establish your own PIN by calling the number provided on the label of the card when you receive the card. You will NOT receive a separate PIN mailed to you. you must call to establish your new PIN from a primary number on file with the bank. Please contact the bank if you have any questions or need assistance.
If you need to reset your PIN you can call Shazam at 800-717-4923. You will need to have the card and your social security number ready.
Debit/ATM Card Security Tips
- Memorize your personal identification number (PIN). Do not write your PIN on your card or store it with the card.
- Do not reveal you PIN to anyone.
- Notify the bank immediately if your Debit card or ATM card is lost or stolen.
- If your card is lost or stolen outside banking hours please contact Shazam Card Services at 1-800-383-8000.
- If you see anyone or anything suspicious while conducting a transaction, cancel your transaction.

- All mail deposits are processed the day of receipt.
- Receipts are mailed back to you the same day with self-addressed stamped return envelopes included.
